The food is hit or miss, sometimes its delicious sometimes its quite nasty. The main reason why I detest Italy cafe is their customer service. The other night I was told on the phone that my food would be ready in 30 minutes. When I got there after 30 minutes of waiting at my house, I was told that I would have to wait 15 more minutes because of some mix up. So I waited and it ended up being 30 minutes of waiting before I got my food. Then when I got the food home the pizza was undercooked, and very doughy. This tells me that when I place my order they didn't start making it. Anyone that cooks pizza knows it take 20-30 minutes to make and cook. This tells me that they didn't put my order in the oven until about 45 minutes after I placed my order. They must of rushed because the food was undercooked. I don't understand how a pizza place with almost no customers always acts like their busy and can't get orders right. I've had this same experience with them multiple times, I wont be going back.

Pizza was above average but could have easily been better. Delivery was a little slow. 1 HR and 25 min from the time I ordered. I only live 6 miles away.

As a manager myself I do think it’s not very customer friendly or appropriate when you place an order at 4:40 and you have to call over an hour later to see where your food at and they tell you it’s in the oven and it’s coming and you don’t get it till 6:50 PM then when you call to get it situated and figure out why you still had to pay for your food that was two hours late and mind you it was just a large pizza and 10 wings they tell you The order was lost, and the best that they can do is give me20% off the next time you order I will never order again therefore it needs to be situated now. I am usually one who does not complain because as I said I am a manager myself of a restaurant but that was ridiculous. Especially when you have kids.

Nawwwwww ...I'll skip this place.. it just doesn't taste all that good to me.nThe customer service was great for my experience.nShe was fantastic. The tea was awesome.nThe baked ziti was good.nI'm definitely not an Alfredo person. So I didn't personally like it.muchnI try the spaghetti and I'd get the meat sauce only don't add the meatballs or sausage but the spaghetti is ok without the meats.nBut if I was to choose a place to eat again..nI'd skip this place
