The only reason is a 1 store and not a zero is because it would not let me put a zero!! We had used this store for years ordering multiple times per month until tonight!!! After waiting for our pizza after the tracker showed it had been delivered. We finally received it and it was cold and all of the toppings had been slid off of the top of the pizzas! When we called store they kept hanging up on us after holding for an hour we got someone to answer and this hateful man did not apologize and when we said we would not be using them anymore he said ok whatever!! Really?!?!

I love Dominos and have been buying pizza from there for the last 10 years. These new employees though are rude and very disrespectful. I received a text message from a number to call back and when I did, I was reprimanded for calling a personal cell phone. Go figure. -- I canceled that order and went to the Hut.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this dominoes and there’s been a problem. The first time they forgot my sauce that I payed for, the second time, I found a long black hair in my pizza while I was eating it (I immediately threw the remainder of the pizza away in SHOCK) I called up there the next day (because when I realized the hair was in the pizza it was too late to call) and informed them that whoever is in their kitchen needs to wear a hairnet (only so this doesn’t happen to anyone else) and they assumed I was looking to get a free pizza when in fact I didn’t plan to eat there anymore because of this , I understand mistakes happen but the woman didn’t seem apologetic at all and the customer service wasn’t good.

Ordered pizza for my daughter class on her birthday, they went above and beyond. Left her a little birthday message in the box and surprised her with brownies.

They close at 1am on weekends I called at 12 they hung up on me twice then I called back then they said the system was down. My thing is that’s their job, why are y’all there if you don’t wanna work?
