Absolutely amazing customer service and selection! My engagement ring was purchased at a store in a different city and they not only repaired it, but cleaned it for free! They also let me know that they will do the inspections and cleaning every six months for free. Plus, I've been looking for places to purchase my fiancé's wedding band for months now. He wants a specific type of material in the ring and they carry a brand that has that material! I can also customize the ring for him through that brand at their store. I was so happy when we found this gem! We just moved from Charlotte and I doubt we would've found a jewelry store as good as this one in Charlotte.

Barnhardt Jewelers is the only jeweler in the area that I would trust my rings with! I recently took my engagement ring and anniversary ring jacket to Debbie for an appraisal, and she did a professional and thorough job. She also cleaned them for me and they were sparking when I picked them up. If you want any type of fine jewelry, Barnhardt Jewelers is the place to go. I just picked up three rings that I had repaired at Barnhardt and the jeweler did a gorgeous job on all of them. One is a very unique ring that my great aunt got for her 16th birthday and it looks good as new. One of my other rings had been repaired a couple of times at other jewelry stores. Barnhardt repaired those repairs and my ring has not looked this good since it was brand new!! I will never let anyone else make jewelry repairs for me again.
