I got charged for a transaction twice . They will not refund my money . The staff is very rude .

Nicole is very rude, nosey and racist. She assumes every black person is together and gives them a hard time. Worried about everybody else but herself and her job. She talks about customers not knowing her surroundings. The GM needs to fire her. Very unprofessional

Terrible service. Way to slow just to get an icee. The people at the counter were just standing and talking right as soon as I walked up to the counter. He helped a lady and was very rude then help a male then we he got to me he walked away to talk to his buddy with 4 people waiting in line after me
