I've been using this laundry mat for well over 12 years..And just recently I experienced a problem with the machine taking my money and then stopped accepting the quarters..There cleaning guy George made a comment to me people like myself don't know how to use the machines. This was said to me after I ask him for help.The machine needed.75 to complete .He said he couldn't touch the machines..So I put more detergent and quarters in another machine and took off for 20 minutes just to arrive back to a woman using that jammed up coin slot.She told me George fixed it..The Eddie Vella the owner still hasn't refunded my money and its been almost 3 months now.Oh yeah he sent me a unsigned check..This place does not have good business practices to say the least..Over those 12 + year's i spent over $3,500 so his business is the huge looser here..Just because George would not fix the coin slot for me to finish with my last .75 cents..I'm happy I found a new place to go.Ed Vella doesn't deserve my money..!

I wash here because it's in my neighborhood and I don't drive as yet however, there is alway a horrible sewer smell. The bathrooms are always locked and there is not really staff on site to handle customer service issues!

It's okay if you want to be stared at by the older gentleman that works in here, and questioned. My husband and I are in here all the time, he knows that! (He's mentioned to us many times about the people who come in here and loiter; he loves to complain to everyone, lol.) Today, he insisted on asking me which dryer my clothes were in - which is very rude and embarrassing!nnThe dryer I happened to use today never heated up. Now I have soaking wet bedding to bring home and line dry, because he couldn't help me exchange a $10 bill or offer a refund for the malfunction.nnWe will be going elsewhere from now on...

Place is great clean and machines are awesome. Its hard to keep the nasty druggies outta there unless you have a guard on duty 24/7 the elderly gentleman does the best he can!!

I have been other times to this Laundry mat and it was very clean. Yesterday I went to wash but I could not. I just had to leave. There was a foul smell, like a dead mouse or something really bad that stunk the entire place. I felt like throwing up.
