I have a Chinese wool rug that everyone told me to throw out. A previous cleaning company had left marks in the weave, my older dog had urine accidents on it and the kids grape juice stains. I hated to depart with the rug. It was the perfect size and colors. What did I have to lose?nTo see the rug today, you could never tell any of those things happened. The rug looks in excellent condition. I cannot say enough good things about their work. I would highly recommend them after the pitiful, smelly rug I handed them was returned in beautiful condition, clean and fresh smelling. Plus the damage from the previous cleaners was gone. When this rug needs to be cleaned again, this is the only place I will go.
