Seat are comfortable, The employee's when I was pretty nice

This place is not Covid-19 ready. The theater I was in (#12) was disgusting. It had not been cleaned let alone sanitized! I was totally disappointed. I thought they would have taken real sanitary measures during this pandemic!

Most of the time the drink machines don't work so you have to switch from side to side to find one that does and if it's busy it can take 10-15 minutes just to get your drinks. This is after you have waited in the concession line for up to 20 minutes to place your order. The ladies bathroom toilets are to low to the floor. You have to fall on them and climb off. The toilet paper holders are way to close to the floor. The movie experience is pretty good but the facilities need improvement.

Been there a few times so I've had some experience with different show rooms, my honest opinion is it needs a real refurbished touch. Some of the screens are a bit off set, a few areas aren't bad like the first two rooms up front. They need new salt and pepper shakers and a we age soda fountain, I wish here in Rocky Mount could get the IMAX high definition upgrade, do to some of the screens being a bit ragged. People in general need to be more respectful about visiting the theater, and a bit more mindful of their kids. I can't say I blame staff so much as this town but either way, we need a fresh theater and we need it soon
