Only two other people were eating inside the restaurant. Everyone else was going through the drive-thru. The young lady who took the order was pleasant. The lady who handed us the order was not very friendly and someone got the order wrong. My uncle and I had a hard time finding a clean table. Some Bojangles restaurant have a person to constantly clean tables this one does not
April 8 2021, 4:00 lady taking order unfriendly and dismissive. Fries dead, bread from valley of dry bones, chicken dark. I feel like requesting a refund but they did give xtra chicken and Francesca was very nice but next time would like a bag and drink tray for since there more than one order.
Picked up food for my son's baseball team. Food was ready, and hot. Service was wonderful ud83dudc4f
Bojangles always have the best tasting steak fries and the fried chicken is always delicious! One of my favorite fast foods.
This bojangles is one of the worst in rocky mount. I just left there ordered a 12pc. No thighs , two sides of dirty rice and Mac and cheese. They didn’t have no string beans. I was waiting there for about a hour and a half! When I pulled up to the window they said it would be 4 minutes for the Mac and cheese and they didn’t bring the food until 25 minutes later. AND STILL GOT THE ORDER WRONG called up there got hung up on. IM ALSO CALLING CORPORATE !!!
