Placed an order over phone, had to call twice cause their phone system was messing up told the young lady my order three times to make sure it was right. Husband gets there to pick up order and theres no order. Call manger to get thing straight felt like I was talking to a teenager, no management skills.. Order all wrong, and on top of it they charge me for a pizza I never order. Need a manger that know what he doing and better employee whom can communicate. Also, when my husband went to pick up pizza and so many people were in the building im pretty sure there should be some sort of occupancy rule that should be followed during covid. People were shoulder to shoulder!
Ordered some pizza to hangout with my son and daughter. Got an email on the way saying my order was ready. When I arrived was informed it would be a few minutes smiled said ok and sat to wait. 10 minutes later realized my pizza was in the hold box WTH you can tell me it's not ready but NOT that it is. Anyway the staff other wise was friendly and professional. Honestly the place could use a remodel or at least some paint and a thorough cleaning. Some of the POP looked the same as when I was last here 15 years ago. The food was totally up to standards.

Food was great. Atmosphere in place was terriblenToo many young folks working in there. Will find another one to go to.
