I've gotten food from here several times and have never been disappointed. Using the subway app and ordering ahead is extremely convenient and always me to skip the line and get in and out within just a minute. But for those times when I don't order using the app, their customer service is great and expedient.
Food is normal for a subway. The customer service is horrible. These are the rudest people I have encountered in a long time. Everytime I have ever been in there its like your bothering them to make a sandwich.
I called them before showing up arrived about 10minutes after I called when I arrived they said they were cleaning the floor and said to wait about 15-20 min... I waited. When I went up to the counter they were out of stock on everything. To the point of why did I even waste my time on waiting then. And why did I have to wait if I called and why didn’t they tell me they were about to clean. The lady behind the counter was dumbfounded on where all of her products were and what they were DO NOT GO HERE GO TO THE OTHER ONE on base.
