Claire's

Nicely setup and clean store. Only bad thing is store is to crowded for a wheelchair or stroller. Which is the same way in every Claire's I been in. Very friendly and helpful employees.

My experience was actually by phone and if you asked the employee right now what wad reason for my return she would not be able to tell you that correct answer because she VERY rudely talked overtop with a very bad interruption towards me speaking and never even let me speak so I know she did not hear my return reason and I was asking for a pair if earrings that possibly was overlooked and not put back in my bag because all items were in tge bag whennit went into the syorr snd then st the door meeting my daughter the earrings were not in the bag so with thst being said im very nice and understanding so i wanted her to ask the employee on sunday st clising if she did remember seeing them after the fact and this lady hung up on me and by all mesns she quoted she was not there so yherefore how could dhe answer me to tell me they font have them she should gave said let me get your number mam and i will ssk thst rmployee, that wsd HERE and see what she says..... that was totally uncalled for her behavior towards me and therefore if she dont want to do her job then stay home and let another person who does want to work be there!!!!! Terrible public relations and by all means would not be an employee for one if my stores. I would not let any of my employees treat no customer that rudely and then to call back with the conversation recorded she has took the phone off of the hook so again she dont have to do her job.... pitiful business and I myself have spent alit if money at this store for my daughter everytime its never under 100.00 total so she tgrowed away a good customer that in the ling run keeps her a job there and don’t appreciate it

I would not recommend getting peirced here. I have and the gun jammed on my ear. Other than that pretty okay place to shop.

The store is always having a good sale! I love a good sale. Their items are made well and last quite a while. This store is a very girly atmosphere which I love.
