My parents have been shopping at this jewelry store for a long time. The staff is absolutely wonderful, trustworthy and helpful. I live in DC but never have my jewelry cleaned or worked on at home. I always bring it to Osborne's.
The folks at Osbourne Jewelers are the best. Great service, beautiful craftsmanship, and friendly staff. I live in Texas and everything was done over text and phone, the necklace they made was more beautiful than the pictures. Laura is amazing. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a jeweler!
I recommend this jewelry store. I have made three substantial purchases from Osborne jewelers estate case and always had a great experience and transaction. I especially appreciated their willingness to let me think overnight, since I am prone to impulse purchases. They have repaired a lot of my everyday jewelry, and even tho it was ordinary stuff, they never made me feel embarrassed for loving my plastic ghost earrings from Walmart and wanting the hooks repaired for Halloween.! The estate pieces I purchased from them were in perfect condition and made wonderful gifts. They don’t mind if I stop by to graze at the estate jewelry case when I grocery shop. They are very nice people and give me good advice while educating me about quality and prices. I feel they are trustworthy, knowledgeable and supportive. Good parking, clean shop and cases, good guidance and knowledgeable customer service. Thumbs up!
