I can't express how wonderful the customer service is at Bailey's in Rocky Mount. Kim Polensky is my go to expert, all the staff there are so friendly and helpful. They have an excellent selection and are so knowledgeable of all the brands they carry. Kim is so courteous and friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a great buying experience. My fiancé and I are getting married after many years together. I already had an engagement ring but wanted something new and special. Well I found it with Kim’s help at Bailey’s in Rocky Mount. I did not want to give up my original diamond but wanted something different. Kim worked with me and came up with a beautiful new setting using my original diamond. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. I will not go anywhere else for my special jewelry needs. Thank you Kim and Bailey’s Jewelry for going over and beyond to help a customer.

I took a very sentimental ring, that I had for approx forty years, to be repaired. Christina, who serviced me, assured me that it would be taken care of in a timely manner.
