I normally don't have this issue with this particular location but this day me and my family came in to eat and we waited in line for over five minutes with one other customer in front of us who also hadn't place an order and wasn't even acknowledged or said they would be with us in a minute. We were just ignored.

Not what it used to be. Went through the drive through and order a special tail gate. The tea taste like some medicine water, the fries were cold, soggy and flavorless. They didn't put no plates in there after mentioning it twice. Yeah the place had a renovation I think like last year, but the service did not improve. And the thing is no one was hardly in line. I will say the chicken was nice but they fail with the fries and tea. Please get it together heritage. Y'all use to be the best Bojangles in Kinston, but idk about now. Can't anything stay consistent in Kinston????

Took a long time to get my order then the server forgot my fires then she gave my cold hard fires when the fresh fires came up she put salt on them and when she scooped them up before she put them in the bag put a lot more salt on them and when I said something about all the salt she threw them back in the tray scooped up the same fires and threw them in my bag and walked off very nasty person. Food was not bad but it makes it not as good because of the server and all that salt
