Trail head is a 4. Easy to find and easy to navigate. This is conveniently located near the trails. You can manage to find where you need to go because there are signs designated where you need to go - pointing out directions and such.

If there was a garbage can here, I feel that this place would be a five star trail. The views are great and the location being slightly on the outskirts make for one nice stroll. However, there only being 17 parking spots, plus one disabled spot, the space is limited. So first find first found?

I'm glad this is open and free to the public. It makes something accessible to people like me that can't make it to the mountains all the time.
