I didn’t like the tone the woman had with me or my parents. Y’all know that kinda aggressive tone someone uses when they’re getting annoyed with another person. I understand how stressful it is to be working with the current pandemic going on but you should use a respectful tone with the customers. We weren’t rude at all and my parents aren’t fluent in English so of course they were having a hard time ordering. The fact that my parents didn’t even complain made me even more upset. We just wanted a nice lunch.
No eye contact, horrible communication between each other, clearly not trained properly.nnWent in with a friend and they only took my order and did not bother to take my order. ... it’s been the worst customer service since the Chinese restaurants not knowing how to speak proper English.
I was very pleased with.my visit. The staff was extremely friendly and joked with me as my food was made. They asked lots if questions more so than I have been asked before and my sub was perfect. Great job!
Great staff. Very clean restaurant. Fresh food.
