I came here to enjoy a nice breakfast with my son while also killing some time and I enjoyed my experience! This is by far the most clean and professional location in the area. There was an employee by the name of Tim who did well in making sure operations were running smoothly. Since the pandemic, I rarely eat inside restaurants however I did this day. Tim made sure to-go orders were promptly bagged, he acknowledged each person walking in, and when orders were being called out to the cooks, he made sure to go to each server for clarification to ensure the orders came out correctly. In my opinion, he is a big reason everything ran the way it did. Our server was Sanai, who was very polite and attentive. He constantly made sure our drinks were full. Overall, the experience was awesome and we will be coming back. This location should be very proud of their staff!

I went there on Easter, it was packed, with more people waiting to dine there. The service was great, the food was great. They were running on a skeleton crew. The staff were friendly and apologetic for the lack of help. Some of the customers were not understanding, the waitresses were maintaining their friendly attitudes. Kudos to the whole crew that showed up and were working on April 4th 2021 at the Elmsley location in Greensboro.

Had a great experience during my meal. The staff was really nice and pleasant to chat with and really made the whole meal an enjoyable experience. Would definitely go back to this location.

Great food but they literally never answer the phone, so I can never order pick up.

found out that they have new rules that you can't dine in but you can place an order and they will fix your food and bring it straight to you piping hot and fresh to go had no problems with the order nor the food everything was hot fresh and great just can't sit in and eat
