They need to work on order accuracy and the curbside pickup experience. One of only 3 toppings was completely left off my pizza. The phone number they have posted to call and notify you're there disconnects as soon as you dial.
The head manager Carolyn always has a bad attitude. She curses at her employees & talks bad about them. I’m a former employee & I’ve witnessed it all. She would threaten us one day and then try to play it cool the next day. One day she’s hot and one day she’s cold. One of the main reasons I quit
I typically have a hit or miss experience with this store. The manager seems to always have a really nasty attitude over the phone but in person she’s very friendly. Not sure if the store is understaffed & she’s stressed with the calls & no help but customer service could definitely be better.
Don't delivery after 5pm. They're slow but overall the food is good
I pre-scheduled an order to be delivered at 5:15. Well it’s now 6pm and I can’t get ahold of the store. Absolutely no updates on the website. This is the second time this has happened to me and I had to go pick it up. Who ever owns this store whether it’s and individual or corporate really needs to visit and see what the issue is. I’ve never had so many issues from a chain restaurant before. Also employees are rude when you do get a hold of them.
