Package was moving fine until it got to Butner. 11 days just sitting in their office. Filed a case, USPS says that the shipper hasn’t sent anything out... but according to USPS’ own tracking, it has been shipped and is just sitting at Butner.
My package got to Butner NC and just stopped. Hasn’t moved. Can’t get anyone to answer any phone calls. This location should be shut down. It’s completely useless.
I am missing 2 packages that were delivered here and have disappeared. Both were ordered on Black Friday online and it is mow the 24th of December and were being told it was lost in the mail. I have no idea how you can lose an item with a tracking number that should have been delivered by 12/5/20 and a month later still hasn’t been found. I can see from other reviews this is an ongoing issue and needs to be addressed. When I order from target or Amazon I’ve never had issues losing an item.
called to find out why my package has sat at the Butner location for 11 days. I was on hold for 1.5 hrs from 3pm to 4:30 pm when they close. TERRIBLE customer service when you make someone hold that long. DO YOUR JOB and help your customers!!! Why has my pkg sat there for 11 days?! I demand an answer but I'm sure I will get either a run around excuse or suddenly my pkg will be delivered with no explanation. All post offices should be closed for the terrible service it gives.
I have had multiple packages be moving just fine and when they hit Butner gone forever ud83dude12 I even emailed them with a tracking number still no help.
