Hubby ran inside to order to go. Took 5 minutes to get waited on. Once someone realized they had customers, everything was good.

Went there for lunch ordered the $ 5 fill up white meat on 2 different occasions in the past 2 weeks. The first time I got 1 wing and no cookie and the next time I wound up with dark meat. This was in the past 2 weeks. When you only have 30 min don't have time to go back and get it straight.

Absolutely awful. Sent hubby with our family’s order to pick up dinner and the person at the counter said they couldn’t take our order and he had to order on the app? (BS, there were plenty of people placing orders at the counter, and I guess the people who work here don’t know that the KFC orders for this location CAN NOT be placed on the app, so the kids had to get tacos when they wanted KFC - the entire reason he came to this location.) So, he places the taco order on the app. While doing that, he witnesses a couple have to tell the workers that their food was sitting ready. Witnesses another woman have to come back in, not once, but twice, because her order was wrong. My hubby finally gets our order, gets home, and 2 items are missing, 1 burrito is wrong, and there’s little to no meat or sour cream on the Crunchwrap. Never, ever again... and those were the exact words of several others ordering at this location too.

Great Taco Bell. Staff is friendly, and they are pretty quick on getting orders out.

I asked to customize my steak bowl to have no dairy, because I'm allergic to dairy. When I received it, it had cheese on it, at least half of it, and it melted onto the rest of the food. So I was unable to eat it. I wasn't able to go back around to ask for another one because they messed my order up, but I didn't have time to go back around.
