I love the Pfafftown Post Office! So helpful and friendly and professional.
I go to this USPS when I don't want to wait in line. They are limited on the hours they are open.
USPS tracking says package to be delivered 3/18 by 8pm - NO package was delivered today - maybe tomorrow? In the past, my magazines have been opened and given a preview, prior to being delivered. Once they signed for 300 personal checks - that were never delivered and I had to change my bank account. Why is the USPS so unreliable? Aren’t they paid enough? Stamps went up considerably. I know they get holidays off and even make their own when my mail isn’t delivered on days school is out or on snow days which I overlook. Still when a package or mail is to be delivered they could at least be responsible enough to do their job. Hope my package arrives tomorrow!
Staff is absolutely amazing! I've never had such a positive experience at the post office before. The staff is so very helpful and knowledgeable it makes the process a breeze!
Money was sent in a birthday card. Recipient received open card with no money. My mother happened to be watching when substitute driver picked it up out of mailbox and watched as substitute carrier sat and opened the envelope while sitting right in front of house! We reported the substitute's license plate and incident to phone number on .gov website after recipient received birthday card delivered open with money missing and was informed several others (not just a few) of Pfafftown service route customers have reported items/money stolen from USPS shipments. A couple of years later latter a birthday card was sent to my residence with a small plastic stylus for smartphone enclosed. Envelope arrived with a small hole through the card and envelope with stylus gone, and envelope and card were perfectly pristine other than the small hole; no bends, wrinkles, mars, etc. Not sure if it was stolen before reaching Pfafftown post office or not though. But know for sure money was stolen by Pfafftown substitute carrier because carrier was seen opening the envelope!
