I usually have a good experience at this pharmacy but today it was GREAT. So I’m taking the time to write about it. I called and the guy I talked to was very nice and helpful. When I went there they answered all of my questions, and explained this to me. And they even gave me a discount as I am a self-pay. It took a bit long to go thru pick up, but I can totally understand why. It’s because they really take the time to help you.

Ordered prescription. Was assured that the prescription would be ready in 30 minutes. Took time off work and traveled across town to the pharmacy. Was told that they were out of that medication. I understand that they could be out, but they couldn’t bother to call me!!! Clearly, they do not care about their customers time!

This is, and has been the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. This will be the last time I bother getting my 6 month olds medicine here. Much less anyone else in my house. They have no regard for their customers. I was told they were out of his medication but they had a days worth but not to worry it would be there the following day. I come back and not only is it not here, they suddenly cant get it. And they told me to call around and find it. So now an hr before the rest of the places close I'm scrambeling to find his medicine. He will be sick without it. This is only 1 of 4 different times they've straight flaked on someone in my house. I'll go out of my way to stay away from here and you should too

Technicians were very thoughtful and knowledgeable. The pharmacist took their time to helped talk us through new medications. Highly recommend!

The pharmacist will hang up on you if you are angry because they have been incompetent. Waited weeks to get my medicine and they kept telling me it would be available that Friday. It wasn't. Had my doctor call in a different rx and since they called the wrong one, nobody would help me. When I finally spoke to the pharmacist, to complain she hung up on me and proceeded to pick up the phone and hang up Everytime I called.
