Ramoutily was very helpful. She should be a manager. She was patient with me and my four year old son. She was insightful and knowledgeable about what was in the subs. She is a natural leader and keeps the space clean. She is also upbeat and friendly.

This was by far one of my best experiences at Jersey Mikes (and I’ve gone to several). I arrived today in the middle of their lunch rush. The whole entire team handled everything beautifully. The young lady at the meat station was very quick and she remembered my specifications (while still helping others). The young lady at the toppings station was very nice and followed my directions exactly! The young lady at check out was very nice and she was able to process my coupon (and even asked for assistance from her team members to process it correctly). The young man on the grill was quick and focused. They all did great! And to top it off, they were encouraging each other along the way. I loved it! First of all let me say I love Jersey Mike’s. However, today we mobile ordered 2 subs, the order said it would be ready at a specific time. I showed up 5 mins after said time and still had to wait 20 mins in the store. Not entirely sure why there is so much confusion when the mobile system provides all the information for the workers. The people at this location first questioned whether or not I had ordered to that store, then proceeded to act like it was my fault the order wasn’t done. Mind you while I stood in the store waiting, roughly 15 people came in and ordered in person and got their food. Not to mention at least 7 mobile orders were filled prior to me receiving my 2 subs. Food service isn’t an easy job, but customer service is. I simply received my two subs 20 mins later than promised, and both subs were made incorrectly. The gentleman that I dealt with simply offered a half hearted ‘sorry for the wait’ and handed me my screwed up order. Jersey Mike’s is great but this location is terrible. This was a second chance for this store and they failed miserably. Go elsewhere for your subs.

Absolutely one of the best Jersey Mike’s locations I visit regularly! The staff is always so polite and are very efficient and expeditious at completing orders. Keep up the great work!!
