Dear Jason and the J. Smegal Team,nI just wanted to let you know how pleased I am at how the roof has turned out so far. I did my research, and it was clear that you and your staff's standards, knowledge and experience deliver a superior result, one that will perform well for years to come. You explained to me how the Klaus Roofing System involves superior components, and an extra layer of the best waterproofing materials available. This was not a simple job, but your foremen were responsive to my questions and concerns, and up to the task. In particular, the insulation part of this job added a layer of complexity, which was well handled by everyone. The insulation company you introduced me to, the very able Brendan Fogarty of Dr. Energy Saver, convinced me that while the roof was open, we should insulate the remaining roof areas, including knee walls and small attic spaces. I never would have thought of that. It is now clear to me if that if absent or inadequate, new insulation should be part of any roof repair. I feel confident that I now have a roof and home that is more energy efficient, and less prone to moisture buildup, and leaks. Thanks for leading me to this great outcome!nI'll be getting back in touch with you in a few years, when the rest of the roof will be due for repair.

Had a wonderful experience overall with J Smegal roofing.nAfter talking to several people related to construction, everybody recommended J Smegal to have my roof replaced because of leaking over the last few years.nThe receptionist was wonderful over the phone. Very accommodating to my limited time at home. Two days later Eric came to my house and spent a couple of hours talking to me, walking around with me, and going onto my roof to inspect it. Immediately he gave me a quote, give me different options, and showed me the materials to be utilized. Getting a 50 year warranty is amazing! Three weeks later, a large crew of very well organized and knowledgeable people came to get my roof done. I was simply amazed that it was done so fast over two days. J Smegal was there during the process, making different suggestions to improve my experience. The final result was wonderful.nnOverall I had a great experience, have nothing but good things to say about J Smegal roofing, I would strongly recommend them to anybody who needs any roof work done in a very professional manner!

I was very impressed with the job that Foreman Jesse McCaul and his crew completed. There were five young men that came together in one van. They worked from the time they arrived until it was finished. I was impressed with their work skills, they worked together as a team, and everyone helping each other. The workers are great ambassadors for your business. After finishing the roof, they all helped in cleaning the yard. Foreman Jesse answered all my questions with confidence. I am in awe that a roof can be completely stripped in the morning and at the end of the day, you can have a beautiful new roof. The crew that came to my house were the hardest working people I have ever had doing work at my house. Quiet, diligent, no smokers, no constantly checking cell phones, just hard workers. The whole crew chipped in at the end of the day to completely clean all areas and load their vehicles. They took every bit of trash with them. I will absolutely recommend J. Smegal Roofing and Klaus Roofing Systems if anyone asks me about my beautiful new roof.
