My rent is paid in a timely and reliable manner, I receive all my tax info early, and my tenants are HAPPY! There is an excellent communication flow for everyone involved.

I have been with Ray Rentals for 8 years now and have been very pleased with Amy's performance. Amy has always done a great job at keeping our home rented with the longest vacant period lasting only 3 weeks. We did have one bad tenant in this time of which there was damage but Amy required enough security deposit to cover the repairs. She took the time to notify us and showed empathy when explaining what happened. The situation was corrected and we got new tenants a few weeks after the repairs were made. My wife and I have been so pleased with her ability to keep our property rented that we chose her to sell our other house. Guess what...two weeks on the market and we had an offer just below our asking.

They refuse to fix any problems you may have they will lie and say they are working on it but months will go by and nothing will ever be fixed
