The family and I eat here quite often, I haven’t had any issues as of yet. There was a pretty long wait my last visit, but they were very busy. The order was right, and hot. Hopefully this location keeps up the good work.

Arrived at the restaurant the evening of 2/18/21 at 6:20 pm. Total of 6 employees were working - all staring at monitors. Refused to acknowledge the customers that were standing in the lobby. Noticed drive through was backed up with several cars asked to moved forward to obtain their food. One employee delivered food to waiting car passed customers in lobby twice with no acknowledgement. Then another employee did the exact same thing yet again not acknowledging customers in the lobby. Drive through orders were being prepared wrong and customers in line were complaining. After 10 minutes in lobby with no acknowledgement decided to leave. BEST decision ever!! This location should be closed if services can not be delivered and improved. Such a shame because both locations in Statesville fail to provide and this location use to be amazing. Can no longer say and such a disappointment!!

The only fast food in town that has NEVER gotten my order wrong. Super friendly. Fast. And... It's Taco Bell so...
