Customer service at this place is awesome. It does not matter if it’s in person or via phone. The pharmacist is a real one who is ACTUALLY HELPFUL.

There is an instant difference in quality of service than any other pharmacy I've had experience with. Yes, they are great when everything is going smooth, but I am impressed by their professional attitude and care when my prescriptions are being held up for what ever reason. Their employees take the time and explain or help figure out how to quickly and with as little stress as possible solve issues with meds etc. Much love and respect to our Hope Mills branch.

I wouldn't do business with any other pharmacy in the area. The staff at every location I've been to has been very friendly and helpful.
