Great store. Love that they have self checkout. Their meat is much cheaper than big brand stores.

By far the best Carlie C's around! They always do a great job at keeping things stocked, and are always friendly (which isn't always the case at the surrounding locations I have tried). I am pregnant and have a hard time walking too far, so I use their pickup and pay inside option they have so I can still use my WIC plus another payment method. They are better than Walmart and comparable or better in price depending on what you get. I don't go to Walmart anymore unless I need something they don't sell. So happy to have found this place 2 years ago! I've also had a complaint once where I got moldy fruit in one of my pickup orders and sent an emailed review. I was called by 2 different managers to make it right and they gave me a free replacement the next time I went there. Excellent service! Keep it up!

I love Carlie C's IGA because it has most of the grocery items, health and care items party items , flowers for love ones, dish cloths, and other miscellaneous items that you would not expect them to carry.nnSecondly, I love Carlie C's JGA because it has hometown friendly employees who work there and they are so pleased to have you there. You know that because they give you those welcoming smiles .nnI also appreciate the fact that they will go the last mile to help you locate any item that you cannot find in the store.nnThe manager is during a great job to training his workers to service the Fayetteville, N.C. Community and the Fort Bragg area.nnIt also has a bakery that cooks the best desserts that makes your mouth run water just to look at them in the showcase.nnKeep up the vreat work Carlie C's IGA . You have won my heart.

When you ring up your groceries and the self checkout freezes up when you are trying to pay you would think an employee would help you. Instead I got in line at the service desk I was the only one there, my man was coming with the buggy then someone stepped in front of him right before he got to me I had just explained what happened to the cashier as he got the bug to me and she told me I had to get in line. Excuse me but I was in line. So it was absolutely a lesson learned. I was a regular but now ill be going somewhere else. I've been in customer service for 24 yrs and I would never turn a customer away because I didn't want to do something. Thank goodness there was one little girl about to close her register and she rung us up. That was awesome of her but I refuse to shop at a place where they let their employees treat people like that.
