I received superb customer service. It has been a while since I ate at Taco Bell and I asked for a minute to select what I wanted. The young lady was very patient. Since the menu had changed and I had trouble seeing the menu (needs more lighting to me)it took a minute. She was patient in helping me. I appreciated that gesture. When I got to the window, I decided I wanted something added to my order--a burrito. A different young lady was there to receive my payment, and the one that took my order helped me decide which burrito(I asked for her opinion). Very nice person and patient. P.S. If they were annoyed with me, I didn't see it. That is awesome customer service. The way the world is now people need to be more understanding and kind. They will definitely get my service next time and I will know what I want.

Would love to give this location a 5 star review, as ive visited plenty of times and had good experiences. Today felt very unwelcoming around 11pm.nThe cussing from the staff over the mic while im trying to order because they’re upset it’s just a bit busy is... defeating. I work 2 jobs and I don’t talk like that about my jobs regardless of stress. ud83dude43

Have always loved Taco Bell since early 70s. It was my first taste of Mexican fast food. So it is a standard for me. Food is fast and fun and yummy.

Waited over 30 minutes to get food in the drive through. There were a lot of cars so that’s understandable but once at the window I waited another 5 or 6 minutes before I was even talked to. The drive thru attendant tried to give me everything except for my drinks and then upon getting home realized my order was completely wrong. Open until “1am” yet when I tried to call no answer. Terrible and rude service and don’t recommend this location to anyone
