Well first I had to stand and wait to be served when there was no one else in the store. But that lady was nice enough to call for backup because she was busy working on drive throu orders. So the woman came and after putting on gloves and then asking me what I wanted, she went to get my bread. Now keep in mind she was moving really slow. But then she got two more breads, so I was like at least mine first. But when she reached for the other meat, I just said I'll come back, because I had to go pick my sister up from her prenatal appointment. But after picking my sister up and going back through the drive through they didn't have the cheese she wanted. So bad deal all around.

Today my wife placed an order online for a Tuna sub that was supposed to be on cheese bread. Instead the wrong bread was used when making the sub. My wife politely called the restaurant to inform this about the mix up and offered to return to the location on Owen drive for a remake. They refused her. I called explaining the same situation and was refused as well. I knew that I was talking with the person who made the sub because she said as much on the call. As a result of my experience my wife and I refuse to ever take our business there to Subway on Owen drive ever again. I've also decided to raise this concern with Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub because if this the stance they are going to take when mistakes are made on orders than perhaps they deserve to be on restriction from all future orders. This is outrageous and for what its worth they have lost a regular.

Always great and good service can’t complain they always nice and professional and they always greet you. And they know your name that’s so nice that’s why I keep buying here .
