Ordered on the app to prevent issues. Specifically asked for fire and Diablo sauce. Ended up with mild and hot. No fork to eat my potatoes with and no napkins. Food was good, but would have been better with the appropriate sauces, ability to eat my food, and a way to wipe my face and hands.
The drive through was incredibly slow. If yall are busy, keep more staff on hand. The employees were very polite. Unfortunately my order was wrong.
The food is awesome as always but the service is terrible. They speak just enough to pass, never have a smile on their faces and just the speed In which they get the food out to us just isn't up to par in given that they are not busy. The overall service is poor. But the food tastes great like always so just on that alone will keep me coming back.
I love how fast they work but it would help if they labeled their orders
It was time for my taco fix and Taco Bell gets that for me. The food is always fresh and hot. I get my choice on how spicy I want it, from mild to fire. Your drink refills are free and they also have a seniors discount. The people that work there are always welcoming and friendly. The dining room and tables are clean as are the bathrooms. Great place to go eat.
