If I could give no stars I would. I ordered food at 5pm for immediately when I got the email it 740pm. So I called the store to cancel my order they gave no explanation for the long delay. Also the person was so ignorant when answering the fold said hold and didn’t wait for a reply then that got back on phone asked name put me back on hold then came back in a few minutes and said it’s canceled and hung up with no explanation for the long cook to delivery time so I will never use Pizza Hut again. So here I come PAPA JOHN’s
A little confusing. Had to order on line, because you couldn't go in. Then you had to go pick it up, because they weren't delivering. Pizza was good, experience was a bit much.

this lady speak to me so bad i wanted to order some pizza and this lady said if i want to order pizza go get my mom on the phone i wanted to order pizza not my mom
I'm done with this pizza hut. I have ordered at this one in Hope Mills several times and the only time they get my order right is when I have to take my pizza back up there for them to fix it. And don't even get me started on the customer service! The owner needs to go in that store, fire everyone and start over!
