Worse pizza ever. Worse customer service ever. Ordered a pizza last Saturday; 11.14.2020 from the Hope Mills location. Ordered for future delivery time. Pizza was late, and half cooked.nnAsked for extra pepperoni and extra cheese on a new york style pizza.Maybe there is a NY that I am not aware of because that wasn't a NY pizza.nnPoor quality meat and cheese.nnPizza tracker said delivered before Pizza arrived.nnCalled, employee answered stated she did know anything she had just arrived to work. Said my pizza was done then I left to go and waited around 15 min for them to bring it out. I asked what took so long and she said they were 3 hours behind because two people didn't come to work. I said tracker said was done and she did apologize. Pizza was good but I asked for extra pineapple but don't think there was
We just got this for the first time the cheeseburger pizza and we really liked it... will definitely get it again and it was a total of 15 minutes to order and pick up!!
They have placed me on hold for hours, they have hung up in my face wile placing the orders, food was messed up and cold.
Order never arrived. Says it was in neighborhood. I stood outside for 5 minutes. Then it says delivered. Called store, put straight on hold for about 5 minutes. Tried calling back, on hold again for 5 minutes. Tried to give driver benefit of the doubt, maybe they had some trouble finding the place. I was extremely tired of Domino's anyway, this was the last chance.
