Usually the service at Little Caesars on Hope Mills Rd. is good. I have never had any trouble with the workers there. (I have lived in Hope Mills since 2000 ) But TODAY not only did they burn my pizza twice but I waited 45 minutes for what should have been a 10 minute wait - at the most! I had to remind them that I was still waiting on my pizza , then I got it with a flippant 'sorry'.
Great location and great staff. Ran into an issue the kiddo noticed with the order. I called the store and the ladies there helped me exchange an incorrect order for the correct one. They took less than a half an hour to make it right, let me verify in the store, and took back my incorrect order. Classy service.
Tonight was my first time eating Little Caesars, and I am honestly amazed that I havent had it before. The food is incredibly hot and fresh, but above all, extremely delicious! What's even better is the price is absolutely affordable, you can feed your whole family if you're on a budget. The staff was hands down the best I have dealt with from a fast food restaurant, they were patient and very friendly, especially since I have never been there before. If I could, I would give this store 10 stars!!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!!
The staff is great. There was a very unruly customer and they handled it very well. It's unfortunate peoplethink these kids get paid enough to be verbally abused over an order during a shift change. However, they never once stepped out of character
When you need a quick dinner idea, Little Ceasar's is it. They usually have pepperoni pizza ready to go. Traffic is light but gets busy after 5:30 p.m. If you are feeding a bunch of little kids, you can even ask them to double slice the pizza. 4 stars for quick service. -1 star for location, it's located in a corner so when traffic picks up, it gets crowded with vehicles.
