Absolutely loved the experience at Grapes and Hops III last Friday. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and so kind. My friends and I ended up hanging out until they closed as we sipped and relaxed. I ended up buying a couple of bottles of wine. I loved that they had free wine and beer tasting every Friday. We were able to try some new wines and beers as well as close down the store! Absolutely enjoyed my experience and the fact that I got great service after I had a bottle that did not work out so well. The owner was so kind and the staff as well. I definitely will come back for their amazing selection of wines and the customer service! Thank you for being local and amazing! I will be back very soon!
My husband and I walked in recommended by a good friend of ours. Beautifully decorated and wines all around the room. We noticed there was a tap room place and wanted to try some beer but couldn’t seem to find anyone to assist us. We continued to walked around with questions on our mind but again, wasn’t able to see anyone working to assist us. We finally decided to checked out and noticed the employee was sitting down blended in as a customer talking on her phone. Very disappointing customer service. We left the store on 3.19.2021 around 6:40PM.
Great place with alot of variety to choose from. They have plenty of niche beers to choose from such a sours and smoothie flavors. Good selection of sparkling wine also.
The best craft beer selection in the region, always on point.
Very quaint and inviting. Great wine selection and the staff is very knowledgeable about the craft. A must try.
