Staff is always friendly and helpful, asking if there is anything you need help finding. Checkout is quick without long waits. They usually have a good selection of products. The store is always clean.
So the lovely staff at the Hope Mills ABC store just refused service to me because I did not have a mask on! I informed them that I had a disability which did not allow me to wear a mask even though I don't have to tell them that they said that I did not put one on I could not be served! So since the American disabilities act is supposed to protect me why is it exactly that I was just embarrassed and refused service unless I put a mask on? I'd be wrong if I contacted an attorney and immediately filed suit for violation of my civil rights under the American disabilities act wouldn't i?! ABC needs to inform their employees better. They need to inform them exactly exactly what executive order 147 is and retrain all of their employees because I am protected under both the American disabilities act as well as executive order 147.

Absolutely my favorite store to purchase alcohol. Staff is great always helpful friendly and quick with getting you checked out .nNever have to wait long on lines they keep it moving quickly. Clean neat stores always well stocked too.
