Wonderful staff but when I dropped off a ring for repairs months ago I have not been able to get back in contact to retrieve the ring and they have been closed since then

We Enjoy every stop into the store in beautiful downtown Fayetteville. The Ladies are very nice to chat with. Gladly showing any and all of the fine pieces of jewelry in the store. Rob is very attentive and knowledgeable. Stop in and say hello next time you're strolling down Hay St.

Tried to visit store. The lights are on and the sign reads open, but the lady at the counter is just staring at me and refusing to unlock the door.

Beautiful jewelry store conveniently located in downtown Fayetteville. The shop has gorgeous fine jewelry. Rob and his staff are knowledgeable and skilled in all things jewelry from watch repair to custom made pieces. This shop has been my family's jewelers as long as I can remember. It is not often you can find a shop that gives that kind of continuous service.
