Worst court to get the simplest of citations if out of state to get important information that can easily be answered and over in 5 mins taking over 3 mos just to get anyone to assist me in getting it over and done.

This Is Really The Worst Courthouse Ever. I Had Court Recently With Them But Had Covid During The Time I Was Suppose To Call, So Being A Sensible And Responsible Adult I Call Yo Ask If I Could Get A Continuance Over The Phone And I Got Answered So Disrespectful That It Made Me So Mad. Me And The DA Were Having An Argument Over Because You Didn’t Think I Had Covid, Like How Professional Are You And Were Did You Get Your Teaching From. Let’s Just Say This Is The ABSOLUTE WORST COURTHOUSE EVER

Tried calling twice, to get info on one question..after 5 minutes they hang up. How am I suppose to get something done if no one can answer their phone?
