Brown Todd E

I went to Dr. Todd Brown for an injury I sustained to my left shoulder and hand. I believe he did his absolute best to help me get better. He was very kind and patient with me every visit. He even went above and beyond to help me understand what my exercises were. The most notable thing for me was his front desk staff - specifically the female front desk attendant (I wish I remembered her name). She seriously went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get my insurance figured out. She got me specific documents, called Dr. Todd on my behalf and really just made the whole experience very pleasant and smooth, something I can't say I usually experience with insurance or doctors. My only complaint is that this physical therapist office is not geared toward athletic individuals. I did end up leaving the practice and going elsewhere to get more specific treatment for my injuries and desired activity level. I don't think Dr. Todd was able to help me get to the level of activity I needed. However, if you are older, not wanting to run or lift everyday (I want to do another 16 mile Spartan race) , or generally live a pretty sedentary lifestyle Todd's office will take wonderful care of you. I fully believe they will take care of you and your needs to the best of their abilities every time and go above and beyond for your needs! Thanks Dr. Todd and staff! I appreciate you!
