Line too long, took along time to fill orders
I say this with sincerity. This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. I have had multiple instances here with poor service and bad food. I recently went for an online pickup that I still had to wait 15 minutes for once arriving when there was no other customers. Everything came out soggy with hardly any meat in any of the things I had ordered and I received the wrong drink. I basically paid $20 just to be mad. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.nnAlso didn't taste good
The taco bell on Hwy 70 east,in. James city is much better. I ordered #5 combo..had more refried beans on the nachos than taco meat. Requested more sour cream & didnot get it. Request soft taco Supreme & received regular taco,,no sour cream.
This has gotta be the absolute most slowest drive through experience I’ve had. Literally every time I come to this Taco Bell I wait in line for like 30-40 on top of that I ordered online and was just doing a pickup and it took about 15 minutes extra to just get that. Extremely dissatisfied with the lifeless work effort of this staff.
Just got tacos but they were very well made and just the right amount of ingredients. Love the fact that they weren't broken in handling
