Piercing Pagoda

I took my four year old to get her ears peirced yesterday and the lady that was working was very helpful, informative, friendly, and caring. I will definitely be visiting this shop more often and recommending Piercing Lagoda to everyone i know. Thanks so much!

My daughter had her ear pierced. She looks great and is pleased with the result. However, the overall experience was NOT great. The employee needs to work a little on her people skills.

Worst experience for my 12 yr old daughter. The lady had a horrible attitude and lacked customer service skills. Never looked at me when I asked her questions and her answers were short. I even told her my daughter was nervous and not once did she try to reassure her. To top it off, after spending $60 to have her ears pierced, we had to let the piercing close. They were uneven and looked bad. I don’t recommend this place at all unless they hire another person who knows how to pierce ears and work with people.nAlso, there was an older lady working there that went out of her way to talk to us. I feel like she was trying to make up for the other persons lack of skills!

Had a vary nice lady help me an got a good DEAL from 3 to close today only buy one thing get one equal or less value that was so cool got my mom something as well as myself
