Zales

I have ordered a necklace for my fiance and it the expected receiving date was 2 months ago. The Zales customer service team is absolutely terrible. After false dates of delayed shipping dates, Zales has retreated to informing me they do not know where the merchandise that i purchase is, nor when it will be received. After demanding a refund, I am told that cannot be processed. I will tell every one what can he processed: a fraud claim through my bank. As someone who buys jewelry for myself and family often, Zales will never be an option again. This will be posted on any platform that offers a review of the atrocity that is Zales customer service.

Candice was AMAZING!!! The day my fiancé & I went into the store she was dealing with a very rude customer. Although I’m pretty sure the customer tested her patience she kept it very professional & handle him with the upmost respect. Not only did she do her job she made me the happiest woman when she found the engagement ring my fiancé & I were looking for. Thank you so much Candice you rock!!!

Walked in, wasn’t greeted. 2 employees looking at screens. Told one what I was looking for; she refused to help me since I didn’t have a mask on. In a store, in a mall, without doors, countless people walking by, breathing zales air, unmasked. Asinine and terrible customer service.

Until last, it was the first time I went to Zales. I've gotten jewelry from them but never physically have gone in myself. I was greeted by Angel, she had the most welcoming presence. I told her the ring I had gotten didn't fix and she was on top it. She had my resized and out of the door in no time. Today when I came back to pick up my ring. She was with another customer but she remembered me and greeted me. The staff as a whole was superb but being remembered made me feel like I was VIP. Thank you!

Meg was seriously the best! I’ve always dealt with Kay’s right across from them and it’s like a different enviroment. I like that zales offers pre-owned jewelry bc I found something in my size and walked out with a beautiful upgraded set that day. When I walk into a jewelry store such as Kay, I feel as if my price range isn’t good enough for them to collect commission so they push more products on me that are out of my range. Plus zales has a WAY better selection in my opinion over kays anyways. But this store, especially meg, has excellent customer service and that is very meaningful for me. She was so patient especially with me walking back and forth browsing both stores. She made eye contact unlike the actual store owner at kays. She made me feel comfortable. Didn’t mind my kids. I seriously could just go on. Thank you so much meg and zales! I’m so in love!
