First time in for a haircut. Tia is warm and friendly and listened to what I wanted. The whole experience was not burdened by forced small talk and I truly enjoyed my time. The salon is squeaky clean, smells wonderful, and my haircut is just what I wanted.
I recently moved here from Atlanta and have used the same stylist and colorist for over 20 years! I was super nervous about taking a chance. Tia was amazing! She listens and really knows her color! She also helped me with some products to deal with the difference in the water living in North Carolina. I found her from a friend of mine whose hair always looks fabulous! I will certainly come back.
Everything wa perfect. I was taken 5 minutes before my appointment time. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere with all COVID19 protocols met. Best haircut in New Bern. Great pricing!
