Great haircut -very professional and attention to detail, i.e. tapering the back and ears. Better than I hoped for in a stylist, and she was very pleasant.
You would think living in a military area they would be good at giving basic high fades or medium fades. I give a picture of what I want every time and have yet to have anyone even come close to what I am asking. Extremely rude, and unprofessional. This 5th time in a row going there I had a hole buzzed in the back of my head and will not be going back ever again.
Called, told to get appointment online. Booked appointment online for 75 minutes. 3 girls standing around 3 more people came in waited almost 1:45 hours. Not worth it!! The text message I received at 12:36 said the stylist would be ready in 15 minutes. We are still sitting here at 1:15. Really?
Morgan did an awesome job cutting my hair, I'm pretty picky when it comes to fading my hair and she was spot on. She's a manager at the Jacksonville store so she only cuts once a week in new bern. I'd definitely recommend her.
Tina was awesome. They seem to have staffing issues I'm sure that's a corporate issue though.
