Honestly if I could put a zero I would. This place is not as organized as it may seem we came three for soft tacos and got hard tacos. So I went back in and got them to remake them. They started to remake them as they were doing that I looked back and noticed them without gloves on and told their manager. Got them to make them for a 3rd time. Would most differently be the last time going there
Definitely the most improved location. A year ago, 2 ⭐'s max. Still I can only give 3 because you can no longer get the mexican pizza!
The worst Taco bell/KFC I've ever been to and i grew up in Baltimore MD. Food is always over done or old like its been in the warmer for 8 hours on the kfc side, the employees act like they don't want to serve you and could care less about their jobs. my order is never right and always missing something. I travel out of my way to go to a different location as much as possible because the service at this location takes forever and is god awful
Drive thru worker was awesome, but it took 30 minutes to get through it and they forgot 4 items
none of the employees wear masks at this location. the girl at the window had no mask at all. everyone else was wearing theirs down, making it completely useless. not one of them ever wear their mask correctly, and i come here all the time, multiple times a week, so this is a daily occurrence for this location and EVERY single employee i’ve come in contact with here. i’m not even exaggerating at all. huge health issue. management needs to correct this asap before corporate has to.
