I ordered a pizza earlier in the afternoon. The manager was the only employee..... all her staff had called out. I felt so bad I wanted to put on a uniform myself. Inspite of she was very nice and apologetic for how things we going. I felt this was considerate and commendable. so My pizza was not to my likening and I hesitated to go back and return the pizza. I wait ed a couple hours and she was still there and still as nice and pleasurable as before. She glady offered to make another pizza and even offered me something to drinl.... customer service was absolutely amazing!!! Thanks to the Manager of Sherrils Ford Lady you rock!!!

This Pizza Hut location had problems the first few months that they were open. When my pizzas were not made correctly at my first visit, I waited a couple of weeks & tried again, but there was negligible improvement. I tried a third time, but they still couldn't seem to make the crust correctly or make the pizzas as ordered online. Worse of all, the manager was unresponsive. I didn't plan to give them another chance. However, after I left a bad review with Pizza Hut, I was contacted by a new manager who who gave me credit for my next purchase. So, I gave them another shot. They still weren't as good as the other Pizza Huts I have used, but there was enough improvement that I went back. ..and back...and back, since the problems were minor and the curb-side service was excellent. My last three visits, the pizzas were perfect. The current manager has excellent customer service skills & is responsive when there is a problem. If you haven't been there recently, I recommend giving them another try.

This location has had a drastic improvement the last few months. After they first opened there were a lot of issues: slow pick up times, rude staff, cold pizza, wrong orders, no delivery drivers, etc. We waited a few months and it seems like the manager has really transformed this location. Hot fresh pizza, on time deliveries, nice staff. Thank you for taking all the criticism and making changes.

You are better off going to the publix next door going home and baking a frozen pizza. You will get it faster. ALL pizza huts are going down hill. Don't even try to do curbside pick up they will leave you sitting.nWaited 45 min for one medium pizza. And they weren't busy.

I’m glad I ordered before I read the reviews. I may have passed up a great dinner. Our pizza was delivered on time, it was baked perfectly and the flavors were spot on! I will definitely order from this location again!!
