It was great, the best experience you could have when having to replace a phone. Customer service was more than you could expect, very professional, yet friendly, polite, and very respectful. I was ask what price range I was wanting, not a sales person trying to sell me their highest product. When I told her the range I was looking for, she took me straight to a display table and showed me one in the price I ask for and several more at about a hundred dollars less. I have never had this happen before, it's usually trying to get you to pay more. She explained exactly what each one had and the differences in them. I really appreciated her and her assistance and mostly her honesty. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me, you are appreciated!

I take my UPS shipments here. I can email labels before I go to the store. The staff are helpful and friendly and quick. There are also various items for sale. Check them out!
