the service was good, the line was long outside so we found ourselves walking indoors to order our food to go. the morning time is all ways very busy. the food was hot and quick to each person's order. princess Helms

***** 5 Star to this Bojangles location! My mom and I stopped here on our way back from Blowing Rock for a quick bite. It was at an off time so we were able to order, get our food and be on our way in record timing!nnThe food was correct and perfect temperature! She got a cajun biscuit and I got an egg and cheese biscuit with the bo rounds. YUMMY! Nice spot to easily access right off the road and get food without adding too much time to travel! I'm sure we will be back next time we are heading back from the outlets!

Placed my order then they told me to pull up. Watched 8 cars come thru, I counted. Sat there for 25min till they finally brought my food out. Would give them zero stars if it were an option!!

3 years later, give it another shot. And wow have they not changed!!!nnOld crumbling biscuits, and chicken is dried out.nBo rounds tastes like there a day old.nnNot real sure how Everytime I go here they can't ever get anything right!!!!nnBojangles in Valdese is a far drive but always good. Maybe we need there manager!nnUsually love bojangles food especially there breakfast, but lately there food has been bland. Chicken was dry and old. Bo rounds were old, and biscuits were dry. Hopefully things will change back.

I got a southern ham biscuit combo and was told to park after being the only car in the drive thru. I was fine with that. After me I saw 4 other cars park. We ALL waited for over 30 mins for our food. The guy who was parked beside me ordered a salad. I felt worse for him than I did for myself. Finally they had someone run outside and collect all of our info and get our food. Supposedly they gave our order to the wrong customers according to the employee. I watched them through the drive through window as they just stood around joking. WORST customer service for such an easy to make meal. They really need some better management up in the place. I'm usually pretty patient and understanding of these types of situations but this was clearly a case of people who don't know how to do their jobs.nnEDIT: they gave me a sausage biscuit, this place sucks.
