I ordered from here tonight because I absolutely love the stuffed crust pizza.I watched as the delivery guy pulled up my driveway down my driveway into the neighbors driveway. I think his name was Kyle. I waited a couple minutes and then called the store not to complain but just simply ask if they can call him and let him know it was the first driveway that he went up. I spoke to two women and waited on both of them to go get a manager. the phone call lasted about 8 minutes and I still didn't get to speak to a manager. Kyle found his way back to my house and got out and ran super fast to the door. Nice guy and I understand he was in a hurry. I sat down to eat and open the box and seen that my pizza was messed up and not hot ( I'm trying to add a picture but I'm not sure if I missed that step yet). It was all on one side of the box and scrunched together. I talked to Pizza Hut on Facebook and Ryan gave me a code for a free pizza but honestly after eating it I don't think I will go back maybe it was because it was cold?

Went on Valentines day for a curbside order! It could've been better if it wasn't over cooked! A little bit to done! Left in the oven a bit longer, but it was still good! We enjoyed it!

Placed an order and waited over an hour. I then called to check on the order and was told there was still a 45 minute wait. I live 1.8 miles away. All the worker named Tyler could do was tell me he’d be happy to cancel the order if it was a problem. Didn’t take that the right way. Hope the pizza is good when it finally comes, but I’m sure it will be poorly made just as the service was.

Called to place an order, Marcus couldn't understand that I wanted a Large pepperoni, and A dessert cinnamon bun.nGot to the restaurant, Handicap entrance was locked, and my husband had to park near the garbage cans, where the delivery driver in the White Aztec almost hit us.nWe are from Greensboro, and when trying to pay with cash we are told they cannot accept a $50.00, Even though my order was $30.00.nRude cashier, managers that worried about staff breaks at 715, I would have to say this is the worst service that I have ever had.nWe will NEVER return to this location.nWaited from 7-7:21

It was great this go around but 6 months earlier I literally waited for a pizza to be delivered over a hour and a half hopefully they're getting their stuff right
