I was something like 12 hours late for the appointment. Got me in and out in just about 2 hours. Woman at the front desk was pleasant and the yard jockey was helpful, pointed me towards the closest CAT scale and mentioned I could park in the back if I were out of hours.
I have been here twice so far. The ladies at the front/security office are super nice and professional. My first pickup here was a nightmare. Arrived 45 min early, sat for 7 hours in the door waiting for my load. Completely jacked up my time. My last visit was great. Got there 30min early, sent straight to a door. I was on location a total of 1:30.
Avoid if possible, sit here over 6 hrs, definitely dont have their stuff together..
I had a pickup my load was done before I got there. Had to wait an hour and a half before I got bills. The yard dog guy was very helpful and nice. The ladies in the office were also very nice. Goes to show you not everyone is miserable spreading misery like a virus. Yep every one of them was super nice. It has to be something in the water
Waited for the door for 3 hours. Unloaded in 20 minutes
